Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a small airport and slowly turns it into a logistical puzzle. Gates fill up, planes queue, passengers grumble, and you're the one deciding what gets built next. It's the good kind of busy.

The numbers stay readable, which matters in a sim like this. I could see cause and effect clearly, so a bad layout was my fault and a smooth day felt earned. It rewards patience more than reflexes.

It does slow down in the mid-game while you save up for bigger upgrades, and that lull is the weakest stretch. Push through it and the later stages open up nicely.
